About Me

I have lived in Saskatchewan for 18 years and am proud to call Saskatoon my home. My family means everything to me and I cannot imagine life without them. My husband and I have been married for 17 years and I am a mom to 3 children. My kids keep me busy with their energy, school, sports and extracurricular activities. In my free time I love cooking, reading and spending time with friends. I love the prairies and will choose the beautiful open spaces and majestic skies over the mountains every time.

I have wanted to work with families and new babies as a doula for many years. For over a decade I have helped numerous friends and family with their journey into parenthood. I finally decided to seek professional training to make it official. I completed my Postpartum Doula certification in December of 2023 through Doula Training Canada, now called Doula School. I have training and experience in breastfeeding support as well as other postpartum areas of concern. I have been assisting families as a doula since 2019 and I am excited to have official credentials to better support the families that I have the honour to work with.

I feel I can help support your family through this new phase with care, understanding and compassion. I would love to meet you to help with the next chapter in your story and perhaps make it just a little bit sweeter.
